The manger miruna harpa was extremely intrusive, asking very unnecessary questions, felt very uncomfortable. Awful customer service. Would not recommend the trafalgar z hotel. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
Bargain. 150 yards from Trafalgar Square. Small room as advertised. Excellent bed, TV, shower and towels. Handy for the Lemon Tree.
Budget with a luxury twist! This was my first time staying in a Z Hotel and it won’t be my last. The hotel was really well located. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room is your usual POD room but unlike their competitors the little touches made a huge difference. Lovely toiletries, super thick and fluffy towels, the duvet already on the bed and best of all really nice tea and coffee in the room. The refillable water bottle and glasses were also a nice touch. There was even complimentary cheese and wine, in the bar as well as lovely juice at the check in desk. Umbrellas at the door were a complete saviour this morning!! Will certainly be back!
