Fantastic, first class service. Beautifully furnished. Super comfortable beds and a bathroom with heated floors. We even had a view of the shard.
The roof terrace was really nice with views on St Paul’s Cathedral and the city. They have heated ‘igloos’ which I’d recommend for a drink but not necessarily for dinner as the main dining room has a better atmosphere. Dinner was also very nice - modern European food and with great service.

When deciding where I wanted to stay in London, I looked at the online reviews as I wanted to see what people's most recent experiences were given that we are in a weird time.
The hotel rooms are modern, attractive and beautifully furnished, and the hotel itself is in an excellent location.
The really good thing about this hotel is the near perfect service from all the staff - throughout the hotel and in the restaurant.
When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that she had seen my request for a balcony and had secured me a room with one- it had a view if the Shard.
She was also able to get us a table at their roof top restaurant- even though it had been fully booked. The food and service there was excellent. They were also happy to recommend some other places to eat nearby for another night.
Breakfast was very good too - I'd recommend the eggs and avocado.
Overall, one of the best hotel stays I've ever had - I'd have no problem recommending it highly.
By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in London. The attention to detail in the room was incredible. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. I’ll be coming back again very soon. I highly recommend very good value to.
Could not have had a better stay at Vintry and Mercer. Young man who checked us in was kind and polite and took great care of us all through our stay. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Room service due to covid was non negotiable but again was smooth, fast and a friendly service. A really wonderful birthday stay.
Lovely hotel, beautifully appointed. Hip but not over doing it. Service with a smile. A roof terrace for a cheeky night cap too!
