Excellent experience! From the speedy check-in, to a very nice and comfortable room, hand sanitizers everywhere and social distancing were practised, exceptional and friendly service of the staff.. One can really not ask for more. It was a lovely stay. The breakfast is very good as well. We will surely come back.
From the welcome at reception, to the dinner and breakfast service, the staff are warm, friendly and yet professional.
Michael, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, probably served us the most but that doesn't detract or reduce the service we got from everyone else. My apologies for not remembering all your names. As as for the food the chef cooked - wonderful.
This was a recommendation and I can see why. As for staying again, absolutely and will recommend on to others.

Amazing Decor and interior design. Great staff, spacious room and amazing lighting in the elevator. Definitely coming back soon
We had a really good stay here. The rooms are very nice and new, good amenities and kept in good condition. We arrived around 10.30am on our first day to drop our bags - the receptionist (who was lovely) managed to go one further and check us in early which was a really kind thing to do and was appreciated. Location is good, close to Aldgate East and the Tube but in a relatively quiet, helping a great nights sleep.
Good location for visiting places in this part of London or on a business trip for the Square Mile.
All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food is good with plentiful choices for breakfast.
The gym is definitely above average for a hotel (shared with an adjacent apartment block), booking a time slot was easy with the current Covid restrictions in place.
Rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
I would not hesitate to recommend it.
