We stayed 4nights, the hotel is near th 2 tubes stations. beautiful clean room, breakfast was very nice. Excellence Staff and facilities. Hope to stay again the same place when I visit London
stayed here quite over the years, all in all a very decent hotel and very reasonably priced for being a 4 star hotel in london. Helpful staff and reception is staffed pretty much 24/7.... they can take a while sending an iron to your room though!
Made a reservation two weeks ago, then received an email confirming it will be at a sister hotel. I called up CS to cancel and was told a refund will be processed.. it wasn't and still hasn't been. They'll accept your bookings even though the hotel is still closed, but won't issue your refund.
My partner and I were meant to be staying at the hotel in May as a surprise for his 18th birthday however we had to postpone due to lockdown. I informed the hotel we would be unable to make it for our original date and they kindly said we could reschedule anytime before December free of charge. I have now been trying to get in touch with them for almost 2 months to reschedule our dates and have had no reply, I even spoke to the social media team who said they would get the reservations team to chase it up and 2 weeks later I have still had no reply. I’ve been caused so much stress from their lack of communication, I’m a student with a tight budget and now I fear I’ve lost almost £300 on a hotel that I won’t have stayed in. Safe to say I’ll be looking for other hotels to stay in for our trip as there is no way I can afford to re-book here. Very disappointed
A quite simply beautiful , Edwardian Style building which is truly Grand!
