Everything about our stay was perfect. Dukes is in the most fabulous location, tucked away behind St James's street so it is quiet but you are in the heart of Mayfair. The staff went above and beyond to make our 10th Anniversary stay there magical. I hope to return again soon.
The best part of this hotel was that it had a composed atmosphere with antique vibes and a history. The staff members were quite friendly as well. Also, another thing that stood out for me is the lovely experience at their bar. However, I still think they could improve on their menu and the overall food dishes. It was a good stay in here after all.

For the last two years, we booked a handful of afternoon teas for ourselves and families. We enjoyed our experience.
Unfortunately, our last interaction was were very disappointing. I booked for a birthday event prior to covid lock downs. I was asked to pay in full, which I did. The event has not taken place, and as a matter of fact, Duke has not had any expenses incurred due to my event. I have been left completely out of pocket and Duke has failed to answer any of my emails addressing the topic.
This is bitterly disappointing and far from good customer service that should be displayed by a hotel that classifies itself as luxurious.
