A wonderful stay on the first weekend after lockdown. Staff were vigilant with masks and friendly. Mince pies and Mulled wine were a nice touch. Thank you kindly to the lady who left the desk fan in my room (hot flushes in December aren't fun!) Very clean room and housekeeping is on request. No upgrade that suited us was available which was fine and we were happy with the stay overall. Will not hesitate to stay again!
Fantastic stay. Feels totally brand new with everything you could want/need. Pool and gym facilities were a bonus. Room spacious, clean and luxurious and the staff were most helpful.
Great location too, good pubs and bars nearby and conveniently located for south bank.
I’ll look out for this hotel whenever I’m next in London.

Great place for a weekend getaway with an amazing spa and a team that demonstrated they would do anything to accommodate their guests. They are in the heart of London with easy access to shopping, parking and fine dining.
Very helpful staff at Front Desk and Food & Bar Areas. Even cleaning Team had warm smile for you. Rooms where very clean modern & comfortable.
