Loved the atmosphere and vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is super efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are well equipped and clean. Although there's no hairdryer or shower cap. The attached terrace area is also spacious with outdoor seating for 2 persons. The swimming pool was not clean but still enjoyable. The indoor play area is well lit with lot of games and the children's play area is also great with lot of children games

It's a nice silent resort.. Need little more professionalism looking at the number is check ins should have prepared room for three people.. lesser staff and hence delay in service ... Just a quiet getaway it's better. Good part is good locations to have photos and excellent food.. variety too is immense.. Can add more activities Not definitely COVID compliant as basic cleanliness of cobwebs and wet walls still existed ...

Excellent place, rooms are very nice, nice reading room, can spend time within the hotel. Easy to move around as it is conveniently located from city centre. Restaurant staff is quite attentive. Chef is a very cheerful personality. However quite expensive for the feel it gives.

I have visited many 5 star properties across the country and I felt that this is a five star hotel with no feel of a five star. The rooms are average but the balcony is good. Biggest drawback is the food and the in room food service. I have had better buffets and in room food service with much cheaper and unrated hotels. You just can't compare the food with any 3 star leave alone 5 stars. Breakfast 4/10, Lunch 2/10, Dinner 3/10 as they offer 2 starters for dinner. A strict no if you are visiting here looking at its five star status

A beautiful well maintained place. Green & serene. Staff is also courteous & helpful. Food was not that great, however can understand that this might be due to the current circumstances and scarcity of well trained chefs. Will definitely go there again.
