No value for money , no food service, we had paid for breakfast but did not get, No cleanliness at all, no hot water was given we had to use cold water in freezing atmosphere.
This has spoiled our trip entirely.
no one from customer service has contacted us for resolution.
After lockdown we have fear that is it safe to stay at hotel bt we had very very good stay.. rooms were sanitize and each and every safety measure had taken by the hotel facility..... I just loved the stay keep it up...manage and staff pepl were taken all safety measures

Worst hotel...don't even think to go and visit the rooms...we didn't even tried to stay there after taking a look at the rooms...bugs were all over the room and on the bed...stay there only if you are a bug lover
Don't ever think to staying here.very bad rooms,no customer service,no hot water, everything thing messed up here.even the price of hotel are high.they don't maintain hygiene.if you want "Horrible Experience" then stay here.
