I had booked this Hotel for my parents and uncle and aunt. They were really happy with the service of the hotel . The Hotel was decent and clean . Bedsheets were new and washroom was clean too . All the staff members were extremely helpful and kind . We had cooked food with us and the heating charges for the same was too less . They don't have a 5star room ambience ..but everything bis clean. We got a really cheap deal on one of the website and this was worth every penny . We had booked a car so station distance didn't matter but it's only 10-15 mins away. I would definitely visit here again.

Room: Clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable king size bed, one room toilet flush was clogged, one room main door auto lock damaged (used secondary latch lock at top of door), curtains were half transparent to my shock, nice ambience, working smart TV with decent cable networks, my room was non-ac so cant comment on that Staff: Helpful, polite and friendly Premises: Nice garden outside (maintained properly) Distance from Lonavala station: Walking distance of 10 mins (a huge upside) Location environment: In a very calm and peaceful area (not crowded at all) Price: Cheapest of all hotels I can ever find in Lonavala (trust me) Overall: Considering the price, I can adjust with a few small issues; so overall a comfortable and good stay for couples; families can too stay not a problem. Would definitely suggest for budget friendly.

Good service..clean rooms.. Nearby to railway station and bus stop.. Contact Vilas to travel destinations.. Avg food..but all together good choice for family and couple to visit..affordable price..worth it..

Only stay if you don't have any other options...I will never stay there again if I ever go to Lonavala...Lack of staff and service and facilities.....We booked in advance and paid the full amount but when we checked in bathing accessories and other room accessories were not there...We had to ask for it and we didn't get it immediately but after waiting for half an hour...As we have started our journey early in the morning and after check in wanted to take shower and a nap but we had to wait because no facility was available... They don't have any staff... We asked for extra blanket as we have children with us but they said please adjust with the blanket given to you....We get extra blanket when we insisted them that we couldn't manage.....
