Good staff behavior. Budget pricing.
The hotel rooms are very old and not maintained well. Bathroom was also not so clean. Parking is public only, no private parking. Can hear Noise from courtyard and food court right in bedroom. Bedsheets were not clean.
( Standard room charge was Rs 1300 for 9pm to 8am in off season, stay only )
Had a very bad experience. The room though big, however was not very clean. Got a peculiar smell in the washrooms. Food was bad and low quality. Pool was dirty and not usable. Overall ambiance was okay and below expectations.
Decent place at affordable prices. Located close to the railway station and city centre. Pool is available and can be used till 7pm. Some staff can be more careful by using masks while dealing with u customers. The reception guy is very helpful and pro active. Their breakfast in bed is also delicious. Overall the stay was worth the price.
I visited this hotel on 19th October 2019 with my family.
Food, room service were OK.
Cleanliness too was fine.
Only negative aspect was that there is no adequate parking space. Parking is outside the hotel. My car was dashed by someone during night. As there was no CCTV covering the parking area we could not find out who had collided with my car and dented it so badly. We pointed this out to the manager and requested him to install CCTV cameras in the campus.
Overall it was very nice experience....worth the money.
Room no:401 is what you're looking for in this resort.. the best room the best pool the best service from a decent hotel. And the vibes... Man it's amazing
