It was my birthday in January, and my wife and I wanted to give ourselves the much needed time outside the monotony that the lack of space and continuous work from home had gotten to us in Mumbai. Fariyas Resort Lonavala is a name that would reverberate in our minds for the impeccable cleanliness and customer service which is very hard to achieve, given the safety measures in/post this pandemic. Thank you to the management team and the staff at Fariyas for making our stay a memorable one. I'm already missing the picturesque view of the sunset from the balcony of the suite, that was offered to us as an upgrade followed by a birthday cake from the resort. Thank you Mr. Ray for your kindness. Breakfast was scrumptious too. Would come back again.
Suggestion: Dinner options- It would be great to also have a restaurant serving Asian cuisine available at the property. Not sure if we missed on noticing one.
The best place to come and chill out totally. The entire staff right from the top to the bottom are just great. It's practically our second home. Great rooms, delicious food with a wide choice of non veg and veg, great ambience. We keep coming back again and again

Do not get fooled by the outer looks of the property .. it looks a bit old .. but one of the finest hospitality, food, location, view and room size..
The place has great interiors, awesome valley view and their staff is very courteous, polite and helpful...

Spacious room. Room facilites are good. Although we got road facing view room. The other side has better view. Mostly prompt room service. There was a wedding at the venue which resulted in lot of band related noise. Pool and water sports are closed right now which was a dampener but that is understandable. Kids play area and associated activities were good. Buffet spread was not impressive at all given that it is five star. North Indian food was average. Noodles/pasta was good.
