The staff is very courteous and friendly
The pool was open, it was slightly small to my liking but again this is my personal opinion.
Aureole Mrida is situated in a tranquil locality.
It's peaceful and pleasant.
Hotel was clean and well maintained
Approx 2km away from the city center
And no restaurants near by. But you can call for foos through 3rd party app like zomato /swiggy

Very good comfort and caring
Last of check out I left my wrist watch in the hotel room.
Immediate Mr Pankaj called on my cell and informed about my wrist watch left at hotel.
And he managed to deliver my residence thru one of the guest who stays near to my place approx 5 km away.
I appreciate his sincerity and honesty of Mr. Pankaj and I am indebted to convey my regards and thanks to him.
I request the owner of this hotel to retain such type of sincere staff by motivating and rewarding.

It was great staying there with my family. I enjoyed my trip because of this hotel. Everything was good the staff, food, pool, playing area, rooms. It is very photogenic place. I loved it
