Location is very good. Rooms are realy nice, clean, specious and well appointed. All employees are highly professional as expected. Specially Mr. Sourav Mukherjee (FOM) really very nice person. He took special care of mine. Thank you sterling for that wonderful stay.
It is more of a hotel and less of a resort. Though the staff is great the place itself leaves a lot to be desired. Will not recommend unless it is the only choice available. Good enough for bed bath and breakfast not for pleasure.
Very peaceful place.Easy to reach from Mumbai. In-house food is excellent.We have taken buffet breakfast and dinner.Each item was cooked professionally by shef.
Swimming pool is also well maintained.
Pretty nice place to visit with friends and family. All facilities and amenities are available. co-operative and helpful staffs. Food was delicious. Rooms are well cleaned and well maintained. It was a nice stay!

Stayed Here in Lonavala for 4 days.
Parking facility is good.
Because of covid they restricted few services like
keeping the luggage in room while checking in
Housekeeping service daily
Food room service
Providing water bottle in the room etc
Regarding Membership I want to talk like no special rights except the stay in hotel
Food bills should be payed and also recreation activities should be used by paying 120/- per person and those were not at all maintained and seemed to be too old.
Overall an average experience and had really expected to have better experience.
