It was wonderful experience staying in Orchid Lonavala. Hotel is on main road of Lonavala easy to spot. It has beautiful interiors and rooms are clean and nice. Each room has refrigerator and water heating kettle for tea/coffee. Bathroom are neat and clean with all accessories. Room service was prompt and courteous. Food served in Boulevard was excellent. I must mention that Aadity who is staff of Boulevard, was present from morning 8am to 11pm always had smile on his face. He was very courteous all the time and asking if there is anything he could help me with. He was managing to do that with each customer. Couple of suggestions for hotel 1) Should add starter to buffet 2) Night Buffet on lawn with DJ is great concept, but senior citizens find it very cold in windy climate. If possible allow people to seat indoors.

The Orchid- Lonavala! is just an amazing place to stay over, the food served at the restaurant was also delicious. Late night service given was really appreciated. Ample space for car parking. Loved the over all interiors of the restaurant. Must visit place in Lonavala! Value for money - 4/5 Food Quality - 4/5 Service 4/5

First of all the location is possibly the best in Lonavala. With a 360 degree view of the hills, the cool breeze always blowing gently, anywhere you may be in the hotel, its away from the hustle of town and yet close enough to access everything touristy, Lonavla has to offer. The rooms are plush, feel premium and yet are charged quite reasonably. Food is pure veg and yet boasts of innovative stuff I haven't seen in any restaurant in India, yet. There have plans for a rooftop restaurant as well which will be a place to die for in the monsoons. Amazing experience. Highly recommend.

The food is awesome, the prices are a bit on the higher end but every single dish is presented well. The chef's special chicken spring roll looks mouth watering and tastes amazing as well! It's a must order

The food, service & rooms were excellent, including the staff of Housekeeping, Reception and Restaurants who were very courteous and helpful. The staff is prompt and quick in delivering any requests. Would love to be there once again.
