Wanted to spend the long weekend at a quiet place somewhere close to Mumbai. Finally narrowed down to Lonavala and planned my stay @ Citrus Hotel and it just served the purpose.
Though it is located just a km away from the main market, it is just peaceful! Not luxurious but a perfect place to calm down and relax.
Good rooms, courteous staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The lunch menu is limited but breakfast and buffet for the dinner is quite nice.
Step outside and you can take a nice stroll around the village. Total quiet and green. Just loved the long walks I took. Would recommend this place to find peace and quiet after a tough week at work
It was my birthday in January, and my wife and I wanted to give ourselves the much needed time outside the monotony that the lack of space and continuous work from home had gotten to us in Mumbai. Fariyas Resort Lonavala is a name that would reverberate in our minds for the impeccable cleanliness and customer service which is very hard to achieve, given the safety measures in/post this pandemic. Thank you to the management team and the staff at Fariyas for making our stay a memorable one. I'm already missing the picturesque view of the sunset from the balcony of the suite, that was offered to us as an upgrade followed by a birthday cake from the resort. Thank you Mr. Ray for your kindness. Breakfast was scrumptious too. Would come back again.
Suggestion: Dinner options- It would be great to also have a restaurant serving Asian cuisine available at the property. Not sure if we missed on noticing one.
Amazing experience. Large and comfortable rooms with amazing balcony view. Tasty breakfast with awesome lake view. Superb ambience, fountain⛲ at entrance makes it super catchy at night.
DJ night with trendy songs. Room service is good. Receptionists are cooperative.

Decent place at affordable prices. Located close to the railway station and city centre. Pool is available and can be used till 7pm. Some staff can be more careful by using masks while dealing with u customers. The reception guy is very helpful and pro active. Their breakfast in bed is also delicious. Overall the stay was worth the price.
The place was amazing...we just had a one day trip but we really wish we could hv extended our stay. The ambience is so beautiful n fresh. Very well maintained n clean resort. The staff is very polite n helpful. Food is amazing n pocket friendly. Would definitely visit again. Value for money stay Really happy
It was wonderful experience staying in Orchid Lonavala. Hotel is on main road of Lonavala easy to spot. It has beautiful interiors and rooms are clean and nice. Each room has refrigerator and water heating kettle for tea/coffee. Bathroom are neat and clean with all accessories. Room service was prompt and courteous.
Food served in Boulevard was excellent. I must mention that Aadity who is staff of Boulevard, was present from morning 8am to 11pm always had smile on his face. He was very courteous all the time and asking if there is anything he could help me with. He was managing to do that with each customer.
Couple of suggestions for hotel
1) Should add starter to buffet
2) Night Buffet on lawn with DJ is great concept, but senior citizens find it very cold in windy climate. If possible allow people to seat indoors.
I had booked this Hotel for my parents and uncle and aunt. They were really happy with the service of the hotel . The Hotel was decent and clean . Bedsheets were new and washroom was clean too . All the staff members were extremely helpful and kind . We had cooked food with us and the heating charges for the same was too less . They don't have a 5star room ambience ..but everything bis clean. We got a really cheap deal on one of the website and this was worth every penny . We had booked a car so station distance didn't matter but it's only 10-15 mins away. I would definitely visit here again.
Really good hotel. They have a tub only on the suite room. They even have a ball in the swimming pool for guests to play. Keep in mind that smoking is not allowed in the garden or any public area, but only in the rooms.
Location is very good. Rooms are realy nice, clean, specious and well appointed. All employees are highly professional as expected. Specially Mr. Sourav Mukherjee (FOM) really very nice person. He took special care of mine. Thank you sterling for that wonderful stay.
Visited d hotel for a wedding during d weekend. Very good property, well trained n polite staff. We stayed in one of d suites which was nice n spacious. Good was good too. As we were attending a wedding we didn't explore restaurant or bar options but d meals we had were good n tasty.
Amazing resort. Great pricing for much much higher category hotel amenities and facilities. The owner Mr Kotkar and his family are personally involved and ensure that everything is taken care of. They do serious treat their guests as family and sincerely offer hospitality from the heart. The rooms are large and comfortable with all amenities. Loved the atmosphere and vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is super efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are well equipped and clean. Although there's no hairdryer or shower cap. The attached terrace area is also spacious with outdoor seating for 2 persons. The swimming pool was not clean but still enjoyable. The indoor play area is well lit with lot of games and the children's play area is also great with lot of children games
After lockdown we have fear that is it safe to stay at hotel bt we had very very good stay.. rooms were sanitize and each and every safety measure had taken by the hotel facility..... I just loved the stay keep it up...manage and staff pepl were taken all safety measures
Good Place for a Family Overnight stay... Amazing location just next to the Stunning Sterling resort and very near to the Mumbai Highway.
Amenities need to be improved by the management like Game room, swimming pool.. Food is very nice freshly served and staff is very humble. Overall a pleasant stay at the Hotel.
The executive room we had booked was spacious, clean, well maintained. Housekeeping staff & in-room dining service was prompt.
Breakfast buffet was nice.
Food - Quantity and quality both very good.
Swimming pool and water park - water looked clean and filtered. (Although we did not use it)
Indoor and outdoor games- All worked fine, enjoyed PS4.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Aureole Mrida is situated in a tranquil locality.
It's peaceful and pleasant.
Hotel was clean and well maintained
Approx 2km away from the city center
And no restaurants near by. But you can call for foos through 3rd party app like zomato /swiggy
