The Intercontinental is a very nice and modern Hotel. I will start with the negative things, the positive part is much more! There are only three things I would rate as negative and should be changed from Hotel management. 1. The aircondition is not working good. Guests cannot control it lower than maybe 23°C. 2. Light control in room is not easy and only possibility from bed is on/off ALL! If you turn of bedlight, it will blind the one lying next to you. 3. There are lights at the window, guest cannot control. It seems they were on all day long. Does not fit to the green city. When you arrive to hotel via car, valet parking is available for 33€ per day. The 20 story building is impressive and modern. Warm welcome at reception. All Member advantages for Spire have been offered and fulfilled. In walking distance of about 700m is the old city. If you don´t want to walk, there is also a free ride with a Electronic Taxi called “Kavalier”. Hotel will arrange pickup and takes between 5 and 10 unit kavalier will show up. The deluxe room was really big and has a large bathroom, seating area, working area and bed(s). Bed is more hard than soft. For me it was totally good. Minibar is empty, two bottles of water are provided. The bathtube is outstanding large! view from room (and bathroom) is great, as I had a corner room. Windows are huge. During Covid-19 room cleaning only by request. All employees are all time very welcoming, friendly and service orientated. Public place and rooms are very modern, comfortable and a bit luxury. Nice hotel and I can recommend this hotel!
Amazing hotel, I’m am almost certain this is the best in the city. The staff are incredible. A special thanks to Anna and the waiter (so didn’t get the name) at the b restaurant for making my birthday so special. The service at this hotel deserves the 5 stars 100%. Thank you very much. The rooms are incredible too!
This was an awesome stay! Comfortable room with a nice bathroom and bathtub. The saunas, pool, and jacuzzi were great and the gym is good for a decent workout. They also have treadmills. Staff are friendly too.
Amazing hotel with really good restaurant.
The staff is really nice and helpful. Especially the waiter Nikola took very good care of us.
Small reception lobby. Great view on the terrace. But just to the south of the town. Prices in the bar are on the same level as the ones in the rest of the town. Calm music and atmosphere in the roof bar.
