Due to covid-19 we have been sent to this hotel instead of the one we have booked. I can't complaint. Rooms are old fashioned but super clean, nice and all was perfect. We also have breakfast and nothing was Missing, they provide you Gloves and you need to wear your face mask at all times except while eating. I highly recommend it.
Attention of all personal was excellent.
Great and pretty hotel in really hearth of city centre. Triple bridge is only 1 minutrs of walking. Price was good i have upgraded room from double to studio so i had 7th floor with balcony and view on castle. This view was astounishing. Room was big and clean
Excellent position, good breakfast, wide and well cleaned room... personal at reception are polite but not much "friendly", but actually this is not a problem, just a personal thought. Overall a pretty good experience.
Location in the center is great, parking available (limited and challenging), room equipment is a bit outdated, breakfast variety and quality slightly below standard, the wellness area on the top floor and the attentive room service was a great plus.
You habe to consider that the rooms with castle view come with an annoying, permanent noise of the A/C from an adjacent building ant the hotel’s windows are not sound-proof (as of 2020).
