I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel between 10th-17th January 2021. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy & comfortable. Ample hot water with what amounted to the equivalent of a "power shower" over the bath. The food was nutritious and tasty with no main meal served twice. What made this hotel "stand out" above all else was the kind and considerate manner in which ALL the staff from the Manageress downwards conducted their duties with NOTHING being too much bother. Every member of staff was considerate and extremely polite. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay as outlined in this review.

I don't know why this has photos of the hotel nearby instead of the actual medieval bridge. The bridge is a medieval rock built one and looks even better when the river is flowing
