Ac was changing from hot to cold every 15 minutes! No tv, no shower gel, all dusty
TI have stayed here about 4 or 5 times over the last couple of years or so.
It is not "the normal hotel experience" as it offers room, pool & breakfast only. No bar no restaurant nor room service.
That said, the staff are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating.. there is never an issue with getting takeaway delivered for example or taking drinks to your room or whatever. There are seriously more than sufficient restaurants, bars and convenience stores close by to minimise the possible inconvenience here.
Rooms are comparatively inexpensive, and usually there is availability even last minute.

At First the guy from the reception show me directly a example room, After this i booked. One day later i can choose about 2 different rooms. The Hotel is for the cheap price very good. All workers from the Hotel are all the Time friendly, helpful and ask more than two times: is everything fine? You need some help, can we do anything for you and so on. The room is cleany, the breakfast is enough, the workers do everything for make the staying nice here. If I visit Cyprus again, I will booked again!!
First of all when we went to check in they didn't had a room. Also we booked this hotel online and the site said that they have rooms for people that smoke, but when we asked they told us that we are not allowed. When we entered the room it was all dirty. We found hair on the pillows and the bed. We found socks on the drawer and stains all over the place. We also found a dirty blanket in the drawer. All in all That place is a mess.. and we gave them 40€ a night for literally nothing.
