I am a USA based businessman and I stayed at this hotel while on business in Lima. It was recommended by my company’s local LATAM team. The hotel is located in a safe area within walking distance of several restaurants. It was easy to get cabs to and from the hotel and approximately 30 minutes from the airport. The public areas are not overly spacious, however, more then adequate. The breakfast was excellent each morning and I enjoyed getting a few beers at the bar in the evening. My room was large with a king bed, sitting area, and a stocked mini bar. There is a Starbucks next door which was an added bonus. I found the service at the hotel to be excellent, especially the servers in the breakfast area who were very helpful to a member of my party who wasn’t feeling well.
My room was bit dated and somewhat noisy, noise from the street, even though it’s on the 12th floor. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The toilet seat in bathroom had a problem - the water kept running and running.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Some speak good English!
Food good and has bar for late night drink.
Good location but has seen better days. AC does not work, windows are single pane and not sealed tight and worse out room was muggy and musty. Service was also not a strong suit as few people attend bar or front desk making for slow service and long lines
Prime location in San Isidro, right across the golf club. Tastefully renovated with well trained staff. I asked for a room with a view and was offered the top floor.
The wifi runs quickly, two complementary water bottles per day, chocolates and housekeeping comes by twice a day. The hotel provides complimentary color printer/scanner.
The breakfast buffet offers a great selection. Overall a great experience.
