I just coming from the spa in the 8th floor of the Hotel, excellent reflexology, sauna, steam room, good people!
Very nice upscale hotel in Lima. The neighborhood isn't the best, but the hotel was superb!! California king-size bed, huge room and bathroom. Some of the room furnishings were tired and in need of replacing (the chairs), but overall very clean and well-appointed for SA standards. I had the buffet lunch, and it was excellent. ALL of the staff interacted with were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
Good hotel! Advantages: comfortable beds, big rooms, good breakfast, free swimming pool and sauna. Disadvantages: so loud and party till the 2-3 am we could not sleep normally 2 nights, location 30 minutes by bus to the ocean.
But at all it’s a comfortable and calm place.
The Hotel service was good and the staff was friendly, good breakfast and food and the rooms were clean. However, for a 4 star Hotel, the frigo bar was empty and there were no easily accessible outlets to charge our things, at least in our room. There is an event hall in the 2nd floor, and if you are unlucky and there's a party you won't be able to sleep since the hall isn't soundproofed and the windows weren't completely sealed either. We were on the 5th floor and the music was outragiously loud, not to mention it was karaoke night and the party didn't end until midnight; the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable which made it even harder to try and fall sleep over the noise. Plus, the location is horrible, if you are going as a tourist or with your family it is not recommended at all, the area is completely surrounded by casinos, karaoke bars and clubs.
The power kept going out and the food was not the best
