Excellent front desk service, rooms are big and staff was friendly.
We stayed at the property in the midst of the lockdown. Check-in was handled smoothly by Jesus. Our standard double room had modern furnishings and looked out on the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the bedding. The flow of the en-suite shower was quite a strong. You were spoiled for choice at the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed due to the lockdown, but room service was available. We ordered on two occassions and the food quality surpassed our expectations each time.
It was just fifteen days open and all most no clients jet, but it has a nice outside at the back with some conference rooms for 10-15 people. If you are interested in that. The service was nice, and the outside at the back is nice to relax from the busy Miraflores.
