I stayed here twice in one week of travel—once at the beginning and once at the end of my trip. Both times the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I arrived very late from the airport and had a strange schedule of checking out (normal checkout is at noon, but they can extend it to 2:00pm for late checkout. I had r to stay until 9:00pm one time so I just paid for a second night). The rooms were clean and attractive. My only complaint was that both times the water in the shower took a very long time to arrive so late at night, but when it did it was nice and hot. It’s within walking distance of the Ovalo Gutierrez as well as quite a few restaurants and stores.
It's clean and nice. Has gym swimming pool and the complementary breakfast was good. People are super friendly
Nice hotel. Clean, good location, friendly staff. We are a family of 4 with 2 big kids - we had a room with 3 queen beds so plenty of room for all of us.

Average hotel in a nice part of town. WiFi in the rooms is very slow, breakfast buffet is not great. Friendly staff and great location, however.
