Absolutely stunning views. First class experience in Peru and located close to an outdoor shopping mall. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
I rarely write reviews but was compelled to given the great customer service here. I stayed at the Belmond for a business trip for around 3 weeks. It is probably the best located hotel in Lima, with big rooms and great facilities, shame the gym and pool were closed throughout my stay, but I was offered some of the gym equipment to be taken to my room by the concierge, which was a nice touch.
The restaurant is fantastic and breakfast was always a delight, I would highly recommend this hotel, to anyone travelling to Lima. I would like to give special thanks to Daniel, Erick and Giancarlo for their excellent service, Daniel in particular really made me feel at home in the new environment and would practice Spanish with me on a morning and organised a special breakfast on more than one occasion- Daniel's porridge oats became a favourite among the team. Put it on the menu! I know the rest of the guest have the same view about the staff but good service rarely gets a mention so here it is! Thanks, I hope to stay there again soon! On another note the laundry is expensive, if it was more competitive maybe it would get more use! just my opinion!
