Only good location. Prices are way too high and sometimes they charge for services that say free, like laundry. Lacks basic stuff like hot drinkable water at rooms.
This hotel is reasonable option in the Surco district. Not fabulous, but acceptable, and there's not many other opions in the area.

In Lima, the most important consideration (if yr travelling for work) is to try to stay walking distance to the office... taxis are a disaster
It's a really nice hotel in an almost restrictively safe area, nice shops and tons of American food to choose from. Not too close to any industrial facilities, and It's right across from the US Embassy. The staff is very nice and friendly too.
