Staff wasn't helpful; the room was clean but with a musty smell that they seemed to try covering up with loads of air freshener, to the point of being unbearable; installations were old particularly the elevator, inside the room the Aircon was loud and the electric sockets insufficient and inefficient, the electric kettle they provided (after request) only worked in the socket next to the TV. The bathroom apparently has been remodeled, but without care, and there were still cracked tiles and a crack in the sink, and poorly finished tile grout. Regarding cleanliness, there were soap marks in the shower, and dust over the sink top. However, the worst thing about our stay was that when we told the staff that the conditions under which we made the reservation in Booking were not being satisfied (provide slippers, kitchen accessories, coffee mugs, glasses), they replied that their policies changed the night before and that we could complain about it with booking. The only good things were the location and the comfy bed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, you can get a much better room for the same price at another hotel.
This hotel is a fair quality. It needs some maintenance, no shower head so when you take a shower you get an elefent shower.
The staff is friendly, also, is noisy.
