I stayed here for about 100 nights during a large business deployment. The staff treated me like family and I would have no question where to go again. Can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend for business and pleasure
Value for money. Not great but it will do the job. The restaurant is not bad but don’t expect great Peruvian cuisine.
It is a great hotel, with an awesome pool and spa area, but there is definately room for improvement in some areas.
The breakfast restaurant could really use an omelet station. Not all people want soggy scrambled eggs with no taste.
And the WiFi..... The hotel shouldnt advertise with WiFi as it is completely unusable - this should be top priority to fix.
There are 100 TV channels.. 1 is in English: CNN.. You can only watch the same news so many times..
Stayed here 4 nights. It's a fairly average hotel. The room was decent. We had a room with a balcony, but the balcony was completely enclosed by tall walls leaving us no view. We were surprised to find that only the first days coffee pods were complimentary. After that, each pod cost 7 Soles (about $2). That seemed like a lack of basic hospitality to us.
The hotel was in a good and safe location. It was five blocks from a large mall. The facilities and room was very clean. Front desk and concierge were very helpful.
A very nice modern room overlooking city. Also, was given a complimentary drink upon arrival.
As nice as this hotel was, the next time I visit, I would plan on staying close to the bus stops of the express bus that runs from the airport to the major downtown tourist areas. This is the cheapest and quickest way to get from the airport to the hotels. This express bus only stops at seven spots within the Miraflores District. There is a bus that runs every 30 minutes from the airport.
