This place is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfy, great hot showers, friendly staff and great location. My card didn't work here, even when it works everywhere else, so I had to go and get money out of the ATM and then pay cash, that was the only thing I didn't like.

we have been at el Patio quite a few times with our research group from the University of Pisa. they are located in Miraflores, a good place in Lima, close to a lot of restaurants. They are always very professional and kind. The building is super!
Stayed here for three nights. Beautiful Spanish style house. Rooms are nice. Breakfast was basic but coffee was good. Perfect location to explore Lima by foot. Restautants, grocery stores and parks are close-by. Security at this place is top class.
