The food is poor, no air condition, the beds and pillows are hard and the drainage is bad.
True to the spirit of Peru, staff is welcoming, kind, and helpful. Amenities are so so.
Good interior, polite staff, and i love the room
The rooms are below par...should be equated to a 1 or 2 star hotel. No side lamps. Bathrooms are shabby. Can hear people in the bathroom of the next room. Curtains cannot fully close due to the aircon at the window and therefore at night the light shines through. Area of the hotel is in a very busy and somewhat dodgy place of town. We had an early morning flight and had to leave the hotel by 530am and was assured there will be a buffet breakfast just for us as they only open the normal breakfast at 6am. All we got was toasted bread with Jam until I asked for cheese as well. thankfully we only stayed there for one night else it would have been utter terror. If you're going to drive all the way to the city centre of Lima rather drive nearer to the beach...book your own hotel and never allow Flight Centre travel agency to book horrible hotels like this.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and the hotel restaurant and bar staff are rated A for their service.
