Had a reservation in the hotel. When i came i waited 20 minutes at the closed door. Didn't answer on ring and phone calls. But the time was 19.00 great attempt to break money. then i spent 15 minutes on the reception to find the reservation and finish it.
We stayed at this charming hotel when we visited Lima. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The front desk was already ready to help with direction to near by attractions and whatever else they can do to make our stay more pleasant.
The staff at the hotel restaurant also very nice so don’t miss the opportunity to go there for your welcome drink and breakfast in the morning (if your package includes it).
I’ll definitely stay there again as it is conveniently located and easy to get there from the airport via the shuttle.
It's a nice hotel, in a good location of Lima. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. There is jacuzzi, a small pool a bar, a dining room, a store inside and more. The breakfast is included and it's very varied and delicious. The people who attend are all so sweet and attentive
