We stayed hear two nights. Friendly bilingual staff. Clean rooms and lobby. Great location for walking to different areas. Included breakfast was pretty good. They had some water pressure issues the second night, but things happen. Noon checkout was nice too!
I would given 5 starts just if:
-door lock did not work twice. First I was not able to open the door at all, then it did not lock from outside. At the end it was repaired.
-The room service forgot some day leave a new soap. One day they did not leave any at all. Then without knock the door they entered to the room to leave the missing soap.
-Very noisy rooms. The isolator windows did not work because it did not lock perfectly. I had to use paper to generate some more pressure and lock it better.
The restaurant was very good. Prices are ok and the attentions was the best.
For me it should be a 5 stars staying but there are some pending things on this place to be as good as it could.
Clean, neat, modern, a small hotel but comfortable. Located in a safe and good area with lots of great shops and restaurants. .
It is a very nice hotel with a great location near by restaurants, el olivar and the business area. The rooms are clean with a modern style a bit small but comfortable.
