Very nice staff, even though not many of them spoke english.
We had a bit of a problem with toilet seat (and our friends from other room as well), but housekeeping was scheduled for every day and if something got broken, it was quickly fixed.
Breakfast was extremely tasty and fresh, they kept refilling the plates pretty often. The cakes and salads were amazing!

We stayed there for one week. Clean and simple hotel. Very good breakfasts. Great location. The owners were nice as well. We will return definitely.
Clean, modern hotel. Excellent service. Located not to far away from the beach and the main bar and restaurant locations. A real feel good place.

Great location near to the beach, really clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff. They are incredibly friendly cheerful and generous with their time

Very pleasant hotel. The staff is really nice and the services are great : free shuttle to anywhere you want. You just have to ask at the reception, and they can carry a group up to 7 guests anywhere in Lignano. Great if you don't want to drive. They can also come to pick you up and drive you back to the hotel. There is a private parking, a great dining room for the breakfast. They are improving the hotel year after year, and are very serious. I took off one star because of the AC (in some rooms, you have AC but can't control it) and the old bed cover that needs to be changed. The hotel is 25 minutes walk from the beach. The way to get there is nice, but if you don't want to walk, again, the free shuttle is there for. I enjoyed my stay there with my whole family of 8 and will come back ASAP!
I give 4 stars only because of breakfast, it could be better. The hotel is very nice, superior rooms are not to big, but there are everything you need. Service is also perfekt. The way to beach is 350 m! I can only recommend this hotel!
