Air conditioning did not work. Avoid this hotel.
We reserved a suite at about €350 per night. There were 2 air conditioners in the room. 1 barely blew any air. The other did not work at all.
Management were awful. They don’t test or maintain the equipment. When I complained, the management said “well the previous guests didn’t complain”. It was 30+ degrees in the room and I had 2 adults and 3 kids - this ruined my holiday.
Avoid this hotel so that it doesn’t ruin yours.
Hotel is kind of fine, hotel service was good, but staff that cannot speak English, that's really bad. And even worse when I tried to speak German, they let me know that it wasn't good and made fun of me. I was there with a kid and they did not offer kid menu, which I noticed afterwards that they have. Seriously, that was really bad. Other things were kind of fine, furniture was really old. You can find both better and worse hotels, if there's any kind of discount, this hotel will be nice for family with kids due to nice calm location.
Nice hotel, but very family oriented, so not the best for a newly wed couple.
