Nice hotel, but small room. Very close to center
Nice surprise for us . Nice, smiley and helpfull staff, Clean and practicaly furnished rooms without unnecessary details. Sunbathing terrace on deck.Breakfast were awesome for 3 stars Italian hotel. Super.
Parking for 8 cars on ground and second parking on hotel property on the next street. We are pick the car oposit the hotel on white line (city parking for free).
Lady from reception show also very nice apartments around the corner, ideal for families or for guests with dogs. ( In apartments is also offered breakfast with small payment).
Possibility for rent a bicycles for free.
Beach service is included on price. Beach chairs with umbrellas are on beach area NO´2. Bit a far from hotel, but if you don´t need umbrella and chair, beach is only 200m.
After full renovation it will be very nice hotel and I hope we can visit it next season.

Beautiful little hotel with lovely staff. Ladies are trully nice. Rooms are air conditioned, have TV (but mainly Italian channel list with some music channels like VH1). Other than that, really satisfied... oh, and most important thing... Prices are FANTASTIC! You will love this little hotel. One minus goes for parking, but if you come to vacation, you leave your car and experience Lignano on foot or rent a bike, maybe take a cab. Beautiful Italian city, with trully amazing people. You'll see for yourself. Every restaurant, every bar... I don't know is it just me or everyone here is trully kind and devoted to their work.
Even in a complicated period due to covid emergencies, they knew how to make the stay comfortable and complete. The rooms are very nice, modern and well-kept, nice bathroom and with a very spacious shower, impeccable cleanliness, all characteristics difficult to find in tourist locations. Kindness of the staff at the top, smiles and availability for every request. Excellent breakfast with top quality products and a wide choice. Excellent value for money. A 3 star superior to many 4 stars visited nearby. Thank you
