Overall, the 4 stars are rated good in my opinion only for the sea view and the well-kept swimming pool.
The rooms recently redone but with not perfect finishes with slightly dated furniture, especially for the wardrobe and dresser, have a closed smell, certainly due to prolonged closure of the structure in winter.
Staff at the Reception, the younger girl available and very competent, while the other a bit chilly and does not create too much sympathy.
Good dining room staff and very attentive to customer needs.
Friendly first floor cleaning staff and good room cleaning.
Good dishes but not excellent especially x the sauces that accompany them.
Evaluating a little the whole cost is too exaggerated.
Houses with paper walls. You hear what guests are doing in rooms close to 360 '. The coldness and misunderstanding of Mrs Debora made me feel not a guest but a number in the factory. Nice swimming pool. Excellent location of the hotel in the near downtown area on the beach. I booked half board, dinner surprised me - really good !!! Staff all very kind !! I'm not going back for a little inconvenience and noisy rooms.
I stayed for two weeks with my family at the Bristol hotel: it was a very positive experience! Excellent cuisine, well-stocked and captivating buffet of salads and appetizers, impeccable service (very courteous, helpful and professional staff). Very clean and comfortable environment.
