The hotel is right by the beach, although it is a small walk to the main street of Lignano. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast provided was good.
Free parking in an enclosed area is provided a few hundred metres away. Bikes can be rented for free.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean but hotel with no lobby feels like dormitory. I forgot the charger and had to call more than once they handed it to me but I'm surprised they didn't show up. A little bit too caretto.
We stayed at this 3 star hotel, I have nothing to comment on, cleanliness 10 out of 10, very friendly staff, 10 out of 10, I went to a double bed husband, wife, room and bathroom 10 out of 10 in the soap bathroom, shower, clean towels, everything ok. There are rooms with a normal balcony and a French balcony. The only thing that is not an outdoor terrace.
