Clean, modern hotel. Excellent service. Located not to far away from the beach and the main bar and restaurant locations. A real feel good place.

Discreetly maintained hotel externally. It is not really a four-star hotel as per the sign, but both the services and the rooms are 3-star with prices from 4. Breakfast is not included in the standard rate with the justification "With the Corona breakfast is separate, with a cost of 5 euros for a drink and brioches "if I go to the bar, the same treatment costs 2-3 euros. I refused breakfast. In other hotels they have organized themselves in a simpler and more intuitive way. Leaflet with the proposals to choose at check-in for the next day. Rooms in design but could be enhanced much better. There are machines on the centralized climate, there are open plugs in the shower, the silicone is black in some places, there are electronic devices detached and thrown there. Key-operated opening without card and without centralized room management. Look at the photos. The bathroom mirror light is out of order, and many other flaws that I don't write, otherwise I would dwell on it. I'm sorry because with a few precautions it could be much, much better and welcoming.
I really enjoyed it. The staff have been very kind since my arrival.
The structure is not very large which makes it peaceful.
The pool is small but well sized for the number of guests.
The location is good, to take advantage of the pine forest nightlife with places like the Kursaal or the Tenda ... Pineta has an excellent compromise between peace and liveliness!
The only drawback, the walls of the rooms need to be more soundproofed.
