I emailed Hotel Smeraldo in hopes of sending my boyfriend a dessert and a glass of wine while he stayed there on a work trip from the USA. The staff's responsiveness and kindness blew me away. I hope to join him there one day!

Terrible service by the owners. Totally lack of courtesy. A place to avoid

Friendly staff. Overall OK. Not accomodating to English speakers, menu and hotel information in room is only in German and italian. Breakfast isnt free like it states online. Good location.

The smallest shower cabin I ever seen. No fridge in the room. Friendly people on frontdesk.

Nice family owned hotel. It is clean, close to the beach and the food is delicious.
