I never had such an excellent experience after visiting hundreds of places. Before The staff and service was excellent. We got a free room upgrade with hot tub. Room was cleaned 2x per day. Each afternoon an appetizer was served in our room, in the evening a dessert was awaiting us, fo free. Never seen that in any hotel or resort! By far the best hotel in Apuglia for its price!
AC was powerful enough to cool the room. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Smart tv with Netflix. Free minibar.
Beds are memory foam and pretty wide.
I cannot possibly recommend a hotel more highly. It was the low season (and the days of our wedding photo-shoot), so the owner upgraded my wife and me to the penthouse suite. Such an incredibly large, well-decorated, spotlessly clean hotel! Three balconies off of the penthouse with views over the city. Freshly-baked snacks and fresh fruit rotated throughout the day. But what really sets the hotel apart was the consistently PERFECT hospitality. Every action, every thought, every mannerism was the epitome of warm elegance and class. Having stayed at probably 150 hotels in my life, I can say with confidence that this was the single best service I've ever received. My wife and I had an utterly perfect weekend at Sant'Anna and look forward to returning for many anniversaries!

We stayed at Palazzo Sant’Anna for Christmas a few weeks ago. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Beatrice, her family and staff. To say that we were treated as family right from the start is an understatement. First off the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s obvious no expense was spared in the construction of Sant’Anna. It truly feels like high end accommodations with a small quaint family atmosphere. The Palazzo is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Lecce with multiple restaurant/bars, shopping

Amazing, amazing. Beatrice and her staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and went out of their way for our family. Great location in the old town and the rooms and common area were beautifully restored. Make sure to read a book on the deck. Thank you Beatrice!!!
