This is a really lovely place with extremely friendly and nice staff. Great decor and art pieces too. It’s let down though by the details. For example, a coffee machine is provided, but no coffee or cups. There is a terrace, but you can only stand as there are no chairs. There is a fridge to keep drinks cool, but no glasses supplied. There is also a roof terrace but it is not swept or clean. These small details, and others, made the stay less enjoyable. Just a few small, easy to do, improvements would really make this place fabulous.
Nice B&B. Only 6 rooms available, they have different sizes and all of them are very large. The place is cozy and the staff is very gentle. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10. It is localized a 100m from the heart of Lecce.
I stayed with my husband at this property from August 30th to September 3rd. By booking I was assigned a junior suite with two bathrooms. On the day of my arrival via whatsapp I was reminded that due to Covid I would not have used breakfast in the structure but in a bar three hundred meters away and the cleaning of the room. I should have put the dirty laundry out the door and they would have left me clean. Details that I would have liked to know when booking. I immediately noticed the lack of hot water for two days I had to wait on the evening of September 1st for a change of room and finally take advantage of the shower. The new room was not up to the one booked. When a direct comparison was requested for a new assessment of the amount, no one showed up, in fact I was charged the first amount in a hurry. I omit other insignificant small things like that of locking the second bathroom so that it does not use anything Wi-Fi TV in installments. No attempt not even an excuse indeed. So I give a dot because zero is not possible. But it is zero that he deserves. Obviously not recommended. Cristiana and Pierre Brescia
Structure with large and beautiful bedrooms, double bathroom and well furnished. Excellent cleaning. The B&B managers are always available and kind. Excellent location 5 minutes from Piazza Sant'Oronzo and the nightlife of the city. Definitely to go back!
I had a great time. Exceptional location, a step away from Santa Croce and, if you like, from the Salento movida and its clubs for all budgets. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast in a beautifully decorated breakfast room. The friendly and helpful staff. Thank you !!!
