Spent the weekend at the Waldorf in Vegas. First time at this location and I wasn’t disappointed. Beautiful hotel, great service. If you want to feel royal this is the place to go. Very convenient to everything on the strip but feels more secluded than other hotels which I liked. Nice pool deck that’s the perfect balance of serene and the resort vibe. Chill music and cold drinks are served throughout the day. When we checked out, we finished our day with their famous High Tea in the sky bar. Loved it! If you want to feel like Alice in wonderland I definitely recommend!
This stay was excellent from the drive up to check out. I needed extra towels they bought them up very fast. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. They cleaned my room so well, I was very pleased even how she straightened my makeup area up. I will be back.
Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed in a villa suite and it was more than I could have imagined. My suite was excellent and beyond anything I ever expected. The customer service here is the best in the would. Jane at the front desk did a great job and is truly a gift to this establishment. Jane showed me great respect and showed true professionalism. I talked with a manager named Thomas he was and excellent conversationalist and I was happy to have the experience I had with Jane and Thomas. Thank you guys for the excellent experience that I had. I will be coming back and to everyone reading my review this hotel was simply a dream come true. Stay here and you will love it.
Don’t fall for the “housekeeping is working on your room” line. Was told at noon the room they had me in was being cleaned. It’s now 4PM and still no room. They are apparently waiting for a housekeeping supervisor to “inspect” the room. I’ve built houses quicker than this. Not the way I expected to start my birthday weekend in Vegas. 10 more minutes and I’m going to The Four Seasons, where I know they wouldn’t pull this nonsense.
Excellent service! they made our stay 5 stars! The only reason it is a 4.5 star for us is the dated room. There were limited outlets for electronics. It was very nice not being in a resort and escaping that pace and slowing down to true luxury!
