I love that this resort it is smoke free however the only restroom area in the casino is located in the rear. My cell phone was stolen and security couldn't view/check cameras. The cameras are monitored through an external security agency not Park MGM which was very disappointing. Even with that happening, I still love that this is a SMOKE-FREE resort.
Overall, I love the casino. Security, waitress, and general staff are friendly. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the theft of my phone.
Park MGM please keep this resort smoke free.
I decided to treat my wife to a little staycation recently due to the fact that we have been cooped up in our house for what seems like months and months. We just needed to get out for a change of scenery. The rooms were beautiful! They really exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic view of the Las Vegas strip. Room service was great! The staff on every level was just fabulous. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be planning another stay in the future
Great place to play and listen to live music on Friday and Saturday nights. It's nice to be able to play not fear a smoker will sit next to you and puff away on a cigar or cigarette. Unfortunately, there are some people that do not realize it is a non-smoking casino. Not sure if the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced.
Overall experience was excellent! The lack of one star comes from the room not feeling quite up to par with other hotels offering similar prices. The bed was fine, tv was fine, bathroom left more to be desired and the color scheme was a bit offsetting. Overall the staff was wonderful and anything we needed was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Check in/check out were very easy. I would recommend it to anyone, especially for its great location on the strip.
Loved this hotel and casino. Great customer service. The room service food was so good. Steak and eggs oh and deep dish pancakes. Taxi was there waiting when it was time to go. Easy check in and check out. What a great stay!
