I absolutely positively loved my stay here. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. It felt like home. The staff was friendly kind and attentive. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And every time I come to Vegas I’ll stay here. Thank you Hilton Grand Vacations. Your name speaks volumes.
Great stay with professional, friendly, and attentive staff. Love the rooms and the pool looks amazing, it just has been a little chilly during my stay to enjoy it. If there is one complaint it would be the little store with their open and close times and of course the prices, but not enough to ding a star.
This is a great place for families, I just wish it wasn't quite so expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't have the hot tubs open right now, assuming that's because of COVID, but the pools and bar are open, so that's good. Overall a nice getaway, for sure.
Staff is very helpful and considerate. Right after we checked in and got to our room, the toilet overflowed. Within minutes of calling the front desk, not only did maintenance come by to fix it, but housekeeping also brought us extra towels. Penthouse level has great view and is quiet. Would stay there again.
A very nice place. My only complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the shower was too low. My friend said it was fine in his room though. It was also sort of weird that the convenience store was closed for a few days - maybe that was a one-time thing.
