I would like to begin by saying your property is absolutely stunning! Unfortunately my husband and I had several issues during our stay. My husband never got an email with our booking confirmation # so we couldn't use the self check-in kiosk. While attempting to speak to the lady at the front desk, she did not acknowledge or greet us. I had to call for her. She picked up the house phone to dial out, then told us to wait a moment. She should have greeted us first before making a phone call.
We got up to our beautiful room and later noticed a single strip of fake eyelash on the wall in the bathroom! The phone in the bedroom was so dusty that I had to hold it away from my face while calling the front desk. Both sinks in the main bathroom kept clogging up. There were a couple more problems, but I don't think it's necessary to get into. We would like to make your one bedroom suite our new spot for our stay-cations vs. the Wynn hotel, but I would like to experience a better stay here next time.
Second time staying at this location and we enjoyed ourselves again. Room was spacious; great location; and check-in staff was friendly. We enjoyed the views and the double TVs. Since the Palms Hotel was closed, we had to travel for food, but we made it work. Crowd got a little raunchy over the weekend, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!
Excellent residential living great views with all the ammenties of a luxury resort. Spa gym, pool, etc. Just a short walk from the world famous Palms Resort, offering 5 star dining , bars, restaurants, night clubs, sports books and gambling. If you are an owner of one of these suites it can be used an an investment property with in house management or you an air bnb. Excellent, clean and modern.
Security helped us unlocked our bathroom door. Really nice guy
Rooms are very nice. Always someone having a party, so a bit noisy. It is Vegas!
This hotel is for sale, so there is no restaurants, casino or clubs open on property. Is around a mile off the strip.
