Incredible room. Great price. Great customer service. Great location. Didn't get the view we were hoping for and the bathtub faucet was broken and it was too late in the night when we found out to do anything about it. But absolutely would stay here again.
From the moment I arrived at the Elara I felt welcomed. The young lady that greeted us was very pleasant and made check in a breeze. She upgraded us to the 24th floor at no extra cost. There is a $100.00 per stay deposit which is not bad at all considering most deposits are $100-$150 per night. You can also use that deposit to charge items to your room from Starbucks and the bar, which are both in The Elara. The hotel lobby is beautiful and I love that it is connected to the miracle mile which has so many food options and shopping stores. We had a 1 bedroom King Suite and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! We were facing the south side in room 2430 and the view was great, it was so great that we took advantage of the floor to ceiling window view and slept with the shades up all night. I included a couple of pics that I snapped about 5am in the morning. Housekeeping is extra if you choose so but you can request towels, tissue, etc through text messaging which they answer promptly. I was also able to check out the hotel by text as well. You must swipe your room key at the security desk, which is located by the elevators, before you can have access to the rooms. This made me feel very safe. I could go on and on about this hotel in a great way. Thank you Elara for providing great service to my family and I and we will see you next time.
Had the junior suite and this is a perfect room. No casino.. perfect. Close walking distance to the strip. Great helpful staff. Security at the elevator very pleasant and friendly. Live the key card confirmation to access room level elevators. Go her have fun and sleep well.
We recently took a pleasure get away to Vegas and stayed at Elara. We have no complaints. The staff was great, the property was clean, and the location was safe and quiet. It checked all of the important boxes we look for when traveling! Upon visiting Vegas in the future, we will definitely be staying here again!
Front Desk is excellent but they entice you with points to listen to a sales pitch to rope you in for a vacation timeshare. Had to tell her over 3 times NO. Wanted to make me reservations for a restaurant but an hour later and 3 inquires she never picked up the phone I just went on my own. No view of the Strip just over the MGM Grand. Leaving got on elevator and it said it was experiencing technical difficulties. I shot off real quick. Wasn't about to get stuck on an elevator on the 31st floor.
