Mobile check in was super easy and fast. Once we were inside the room it was very spacious. The first thing we checked was the shower. The tub is perfect for a bath bomb for two. The view was good. Especially since I'm a Raiders fan. Clear view of the New stadium. We agreed we will be definitely be coming back. Just take caution with the mini bar fridge. They will charge you for use
We had a truly amazing stay in Delano. We stayed at multiple 5 star hotels. The suite room was spacious and the best (2 beds, 2 toilets!). The cleaning staffs were the most friendly one we had in Vegas. I love the fluffy slippers! The robes and linens were clean and comfy. To make it a better experience for me is if Delano would consider adding a fridge that we can store our items. There was plenty of parking but slow elevators back to the hotel, we took the stairs as it was easy and faster. I'd say if you are looking for a great hotel room and service, Delano won't let you down and is the best value for your money!
There is an abundance of wonderful things to be said about the Delano. For one, the hotel itself is beautiful. Upon entering the lobby, one feels immediately transported, to another place, somewhere perhaps, like Miami. With soaring ceilings, the entrance is grand, dappled by exciting forms of art, from rock sculptures to crystal structures and paintings. The atmosphere intended feels dark, mysterious, and sexy. Indeed, if it weren't for the awkward location within Mandalay Bay, the Delano would be just the place to be. Unfortunately, during our stay, it seemed that, even with all of its brilliant designs, the Delano's intentions fell short in one crucial detail: exclusivity — perhaps because of its rooms' advertised lowered pricing due to COVID. While staying here, we could not help but notice the immediate stench of marijuana on every floor. This was unfortunate since we opted for the Delano specifically because it was a non-smoking establishment. The evening of our stay, we were disturbed by rowdy guests who were loitering in the hallways. This is by no means the hotel's fault, but again, because the Delano's room pricing was so accessible, it seems inevitable that it would attract a younger, more party-prone audience. The rooms here are gorgeous and spacious and the service impeccable. In short, the Delano has the potential to be great, but for now, it's just a great value.
My husband and I spent 2 nights here after being switched from Mandalay Bay. It's a decent hotel. Very private, but also very dark. The TV in the bathroom didn't work though we did enjoy the large bathtub. Not a bad alternative to Mandalay. Would stay again.
My new favorite hotel! I love the atmosphere. The suites were just beautiful. The tub is huge, used it with a bath bomb, it was very nice. Our room had 2 bathrooms & 2 TVs, which worked out great since we went with family. We had such a relaxing stay there. Will definitely stay here again.
