This place is getting old I have been here before and my experience this time was not good. My non smoking room smelled like smoke all the time. They charge for high resort fee. There is no fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker. The two queen bed looks like two full bed. The pillow are old they are not fluffy at all. Don't even bother getting the city view at the hotel. I do not recommend this place especially for families.
Great affordable stay. The room was clean and it was a quick walk to the strip. I felt very safe staying here. Checking in took way too long and there is not a coffee maker or fridge in the rooms. Great views from the rooms.
I love the Tropicana! It is my regular place to stay on my bi weekly Vegas visits.
Parking is easy and free. Check in is always quick and friendly. The rooms are always clean and priced competitively. Great location for accessing the South Strip and quality dining options.
They also offer a few entertaining options between comedy and magic shows.
Rooms were clean. All employees were helpful. Only 2 restaurants available most nights but only 1 when we wanted to go eat. Food was awesome but selection sucked unless you wanted the chicken or salmon or a pizza
Definitely outdated and in dire need of renovations especially in the rooms. Bathroom lighting was bad. Rooms and bathroom were spacious though so that was a plus. Bathtub could have been cleaner as well. The only place of food was trop & go which is understandable during the pandemic. However the cost of food was high for the available menu items. You might as well go get a meal at an open sit down restaurant if you’re looking for lunch or dinner. Had to pay extra for a fridge which is an odd charge. Free parking was nice as well. Overall good stay and more than fair rates but could really use some refreshing. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because I’d rather pay more for comfortable, modern accommodations than stay somewhere cost effective (personal preference) but if you’re on a budget or traveling with family (it was quiet!) it’s a good option.
