I was half way checked in and the young male manager had been rude during the check I. Process. He stopped the process told me he would refund my money. I never seen a room. With the large amount of negative comments against the property staff and cleanliness of the property around the outside and the front desk I was thankful I did not see a room. As an elder the young male was rude and argumentative when I tried to ask a question. Lacking in customer service. He repeated several times we were fully booked last night. Last night should not be affecting your service today. Education and vacation may help the young male aka manager change his attitude to guests. He truly ruined my trip to Las Vegas to pick up family. This is a motel that I might have gone back to as I make many overnight trips to Vegas but I will remove and never recommend Serene Vegas.
When I booked this room off Expedia it looked very nice when I went in the morning earlier then check in time I asked the lady up front if there was any possibility of getting the room earlier then check in time. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence that she was already saying no okay whatever totally understandable. Well we finally get to our room and it has a strong smell of something. Then we saw a cockroach.we killed it and left it in the bathtub so they could see I mentioned it to the person upfront his response was I know that’s why we’re remodeling(very annoyed).
Such a sweet staff and great location. Tami and Eric were so nice. I really felt like I was part of the family. I am definitely staying here again.
Night manager with tattoos (can’t remember his name). Is awesome! Very professional, every time I come to Las Vegas I am excited to come here. Newly renovated friendly staff you can’t go wrong!
Check in & Out were super fast and i was helped by the Manager both times!! Very professional!! We stayed in room #1505, the newer king suite and it was PERFECT! The bed and pillows were sooooooo comfy, the restroom is really spacious, the livingroom has that welcoming feel to it! I would stay here again & again!
