I love this hotel! I felt safe for several reasons. 1. It's really clean. 2. The staff gets tested weekly. 3. You have to use your room key in the elevator. 4. They sanitize throughout the day. 5. The restaurant was split up to allow for social distancing. 6. Although a buffet, they serve it on your plate.
I didn't actually stay but had to work with Arturo in the concierge office and he was clear, understanding, and helped me get to the bottom of my issue right away. Great customer service
We loved this place! Less smokey than the rest of Mandalay, which is already WAY LESS smokey than the other hotels! Staff was beyond welcoming, helpful and lovely. So many great places to eat, easy to get to the sister hotels.. we'll be back when the beach opens up!
Four Seasons is not a 5-star hotel! It is a 5 diamond hotel! I have stayed in hotels all over the world including multiple Four Seasons in different countries. This hotel is simply the best! You have tried the rest now go to the best! Their hotel and service are outstanding! There is only one problem with Four Seasons. Once you stay there nothing compares! You have been warned. No, I do not work for them I just appreciate outstanding customer service!
Feels more like a 3- or 4-star hotel since it's a bit dated, but the amenities were a bonus
