This place exceeded my expectations. I usually stay in luxury hotels or boutique hotels, but if this place is good enough for Britney, it must be good enough for me! It was clean. Sheets, towels and bed were good. Bathroom amenities are acceptable. Everything in the room worked properly. It was actually quiet in the room, though the city was booming for March Madness and the hotel seemed pretty full. It is centrally located. There are many dining options (fast food and mid-range eateries) within a 5 minute walk just outside the casino floor and out on the street. Didn't run into any staff, because you check in at a kiosk, which was fine.
Had a beautiful room called an ultra hip room for 5 nights. Loved the room and bathroom. Convenient immediate access to the miracle mile mall. Only downside is your car is a long way from the casino. Large casino floor with huge variety of games. I did encounter a cashier who had an attitude while I was there... not my normal experience with Caesars properties. Maybe she was having a bad day. Luckily a different employee went out of her way to let us swim at the pool at Paris since the pool was closed. That made up for it. All in all it was a nice trip.
What a lovely casino. Very friendly staff, and room service. Rooms were very clean. Nice TV as well. I really like there pool, its always open, never closed. The jacuzzi was very bubbly. Such a wonderful, bubbly jacuzzi.
Rooms were clean and updated. Bathroom had a separate standing shower and bath tub. Towels are soft and there’s a long mirror in the closet. There was also a beautiful view of the Bellagio’s water show.
Only con is that parking is far if you’re not paying for valet and if you do, the lines are super long. Pick your poison.
Overall, would definitely stay at PH again.
I came here with my family in December of 2018, and absolutely loved it! The hotel is in a great spot on the strip, pretty central from everything. The hotel itself was also cool because it had a very large casino and had the Miracle Mile Shops (mall) attached to it. If you just wanted something to do, you could take a quick loop around the mall which was fun! The price of the room was also very fair and I believe we got a small upgrade in rooms upon arrival. This was my first time in Vegas but I did walk around all of the other hotels and Planet Hollywood seemed just as nice as any other excluding the super fancy ones! Would definitely recommend it!
